Professor Leonard C. Soffer (now @ the University of Chicago Booth School of Business); Professor Yehia Salama; Professor Michael Popowitz (35 year tenure @ U.I.C. and retired); Professor Ram Ramakrishnan; Professor Abel Galvan and Professor James Gillespie. What an all-star ranking.

Jay passed his Certified Public Accounting exams in January of 2020. He’s been professionally practicing the art of accounting in the private sector since 2008. A die-hard entrepreneur and loyalist with meticulous attention-to-detail.

He lives by three principles: (1) there are no short cuts to life i.e. to earn an honest living; (2) complete the work for others as you would for yourself i.e. and to share; (3) to cherish the name of God. And not necessarily in that order.

Jay is a people person. An avid animal and dog lover. An adventurist. Eco-friendly to all things.

Professionally he enjoys mastering the art of Taxation with Uncle Sam; Forensic Accounting; Trust and Real Estate Accounting… anything accounting. As an early bird Jay says his grandfather’s demeanor and candor rubbed off on him; an early bird workaholic.
